Who better to inspect your home, than the instructor?

Not only is Tom a top-notch seasoned home inspector, his love of houses and building construction coupled with his devotion to the sharing of that knowledge led him to become a New York State Certified Home Inspector Educator in 2006. Since 2000 Tom has been involved in organizing and implementing a plethora of training programs which over the years have provided continuing education to fellow home inspectors from around the State. Changes in our industry, from building techniques to new products on the market to existing products that have shown a propensity for failure require inspectors to be on top of their game, and Tom is at the forefront of bringing this knowledge to the next generation of home inspectors. Tom is also a founding partner of NETinspect, a home inspector training school established in 2013, which continues to provide educational training to home inspectors throughout the State.
